🛍️ Orders & Fulfillment
All orders placed through holohologold.com are subject to availability and acceptance. Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and shipped within the estimated timeframe listed at checkout.
🚫 No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items — including rings, bangles, earrings, or custom pieces. This policy ensures the safety, integrity, and quality of every product delivered.

💥 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at admin@holohologold.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to review and assist where appropriate.
📦 Shipping Responsibility
Once your order leaves our studio, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. You will receive tracking details via email once your order ships.
