Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout. Delivery times may vary by location.

Estimated delivery:

U.S. Mainland: 3–7 business days
Hawaiʻi: 2–5 business days
International: 7–14 business days (if available)

Note: Delivery delays may occur due to carrier issues or weather.

Local Market Pickup
We also offer free pickup during scheduled local markets and pop-ups.

DM or email us after purchase to arrange a pickup at our next event.

Tracking & Delivery Issues
Once your order ships, it’s in the hands of the carrier. Holo Holo Gold is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please reach out to the carrier directly using your tracking info.

Shipping Address Responsibility
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
